Custom printed packaging sleeves
A printed sleeve wraps around an existing tray, pot, box or food pack and turns it into branded packaging. It's one of the most cost-effective ways to look premium on the shelf – perfect for bakery and food-to-go, gift sets, soaps, chocolate and seasonal ranges.
Our sleeves are printed in full colour on Proxima folding boxboard and glued into a band, ready to slide on. Long sizes up to 700mm are printed on our long-sheet digital press, so tall and wide sleeves are no problem.
Choosing your size
Prices are based on the flat size of your sleeve – the size of the printed blank before it is folded and glued. Not sure what that is? Choose the closest option or send us your product dimensions and we'll work it out for you.
- Up to A5 (210 × 148mm flat) – small pots, soaps, chocolate bars
- Up to A4 (297 × 210mm flat) – sandwich and bakery packs, medium trays
- Up to A3 (420 × 297mm flat) – larger trays and gift sets
- Up to SRA3 (450 × 320mm flat) – the largest size on our short-run press
- Long – up to 700 × 320mm flat – long or wide sleeves

How it works
- Choose your size and quantity and place your order or request a quote.
- We send you a flat cutter template (dieline) for your artwork – or our design team can lay it out for you.
- We check your artwork and send a proof for approval.
- Your sleeves are printed, cut, glued and delivered.
Short runs are printed digitally and cut without a cutting forme, which keeps small orders affordable. Larger runs are printed litho on our Heidelberg press and die-cut on our BOBST for the best price per sleeve.

Can sleeves be supplied flat and unglued?
